Construction phases
1. Design and planning
In the first phase, the design of the chalet is examined, including the layout, style and materials.
And applying for the permits.
2. Preparatory work
Preparing the site, such as excavating and arranging utilities such as water, sewer, electricity and internet.
3. Rough construction
Building the rough frame, including the subfloor beams. This also includes installing the exterior walls and roof. Waterproofing is also part of this phase. Installing the windows and doors is also part of this process. We also connect the utilities to the house.
4. Finishing outside
Finishing the exterior is the next phase. Here, the wooden beams on the facade and the Swedish weatherboarding will be installed, ensuring the exterior is now completely waterproof.
5. Finishing the inside
The interior is finished with wooden panels, followed by plasterboard with a layer of stucco and paint.
6. Finishing the garden
The garden can be designed according to your wishes.
